Dr. Halverson is an Information Technology Executive with more than
10 years experience in Value Realization through Business Service Management. Currently he is expanding the concepts of BSM to Enterprise Cloud Computing and coupling them with the ITIL Framework.
Danny received his PhD in Engineering from University of California, Davis and his research involved the development of user interface designs to improve software usability for engineering applications.
Today, Danny works as a Service Management Architect. He is actively involved in itSMF and is a recognized ITIL-V3 Expert. In professional circles Danny is often referred to as the “ITIL Doctor.”
